MQ-7
Nutritional brain support for people with migraine. While building the 150-hour Mastering Migraine program, Dr. Harcourt reviewed every vitamin, mineral and herbal shown in research to help with migraine. Most products had too few ingredients or the wrong doses, and buying everything separately could cost over $250 a month. MQ-7 combines them into one formula.

At the start of an attack
MGR: Migraine Ginger Relief
An abortive supplement: a standardized ginger extract in a sublingual oil, taken under the tongue at the first sign of a migraine. Absorption through the tissue under the tongue avoids the slower trip through the stomach and intestines.
- Ginger has been compared with sumatriptan for acute migraine, with similar 2-hour relief and fewer side effects in a 2013 study
- A 2020 meta-analysis found ginger improved 2-hour pain freedom and lowered nausea and vomiting
- Can be swallowed instead when nausea is the main problem
- Standardized for gingerols and shogaols, with third-party testing by Eurofins

Ginger is used for acute attacks; research has not shown it works as a daily preventive. That’s what MQ-7 is for.
